Nest aware not detecting people / ending early

I miss quite a lot of notifications for people on nest aware. Ive now had it when the nest aware stops recording when a person is clearly identified not knowing if ive received a parcel or not.

Its all a bit poor really.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue?
  • Are you sure you re subscribed to Nest Aware?
  • I would check out your Notification settings, and your Familiar Faces settings and see if you are missing something. 
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?

Yes i still need help with this issue.

Yes i subscribe to the most basic nest aware.

I am so sorry to hear that you are still having the same issue. I have a fantastic Troubleshooting Guide that should help you out with this issue. Go through it, make sure all of your settings are correct, and give the camera a Restart. Factory Reset it if necessary, but definitely do not do that unless you have too as it would essentially be a new camera once factory reset. Please let me know if you need further assistance!
