Nest aware not working

Nest cam worked fine for free trial but after subscribing after the 30 days it has not worked at all as far as recordings only shows live video and I’m also trying to contact someone for overcharging on nest aware

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera?

You can check your subscription here; if you click on your subscription, it will show you the name/nickname of the Google Nest "home/structure":

You can also check it in the Google Home app by going to Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware.

If you go to your camera in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video, what does it say under Video History?
