Nest aware paid for but not working

My paid for nest aware is not working.

Check whether your Nest Aware subscription shows as active here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

You can also check whether going to Settings| Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app shows an active Nest Aware subscription.  (Note that a Nest Aware subscription applies to only one Google Nest "home".)

If it does, you should be able to view your history in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, depending on your cameras:

If you have an active subscription but cannot view your history, you can select the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription." on this help page:
