Due to my outdoor battery cameras not being viewable at night because of a Google software update, I’m am requesting a rebate on my nest aware subscription cost for October and going forward until google resolves the problem they created. If not I’ll be cancelling nest aware and replacing my camera system. A company this large should be able to admit they messed up and roll this major software mistake back. You legally and ethically shouldn’t be charging customers for a products that’s not working.
