i pay for a monthly subscription and never been able to view history on my Nest App or using the web browsers.
there was an incident and i need footage urgently. some help would be great thanks.

Is your subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras?
Can you see your subscription here? (The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" is shown if you click on your subscription.)

If you go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app, does it show your subscription?
