I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your father, my condolences to you and your family.
Unfortunately, @Idol is right; you aren't able to access footage past 30 days unless you had an active Nest Aware subscription at that time. If you had Nest Aware you would be able to do that.
