I paid for a yearly subscription to Nest Aware and just realized that the feature is no longer available. I realized that it was gone when I needed it the most!!!
google, you charged me $150!!! Where is my service??

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as your cameras?
You should be able to check your Nest Aware subscription here; when you click on your subscription, the name of your Google Nest "home/structure" should display:

You should also be able to go to Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware in the Google Home app to check your subscription.

I am having the same issue. At first I had 2 subscriptions and requested a refund for one and was denied so I cancelled the auto renew on one. That cancelled and now I have no service at all on my cameras but have an active subscription that was paid for. I cannot get any information on how to contact customer service or any support for that matter. I am not going to pay for another subscription to get my cameras recording again. I have a message on my camera screens that keep telling me my subscription has expired but have an active/paid for subscription. What gives??
