Unable to update new wifi info since I can't reach mounted, outdoor cameras to get serial # or QR.

Yes, Google Nest doesn't make it easy. The easiest way to cope is to configure your new WiFi router/modem with the same SSID (network name) and password as your old router/modem if you are able to do so. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem last year, and our cameras and doorbells came back online without any problems.

Thank you! I just decided to call my electrician and, on his recommendation, install the Ring security cameras & home protection. I would have no idea how to configure new WIFI...I'm too old and have no patience!! Appreciate your help.
