No longer have Nest Aware

I have merged my Nest and Google accounts recently and now I no longer have access to my Nest aware subscription.   I’m paid up for the year but now it’s gone.  Please help

I was able to contact the Nest Support team : 1-855-469-6378 option 4

They explained that when I merged my Nest account with google it canceled my old subscription and a refund was credited to my bank.  I then resubscribed with Nest Aware through google.  The Nest Aware subscription is much cheaper.

Yes.  I used the nest application and followed the instructions provided
