What says you have no subscription?

The Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions)?

The old 1st gen Nest Aware subscription page (https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions), which is only accessible if you are still signing into the Google Nest app using "Sign in with Nest".

Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app?

Settings | Video | Video history in the Google Home app?

Does your subscription email come from "Nest Store" (1st gen subscription) or from "Google Store" (2nd gen subscription, available since 2019)?
