Does your Nest Aware subscription show as active on the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions)?

In the Google Home app, if you go to Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware, does your subscription show?

In the Google Nest app, if you go to Settings | Nest Aware, does your subscription show?

Yes it does…..

 

Yes it does, tells me that billing starts on May 14th?  Is this happening or not happening in this case lol because the camera is an version 1 indoor nest wired camera?

If you have a 1st gen camera and are getting still snapshots only, that means you do NOT have an active Nest Aware subscription.  See this post:

Am having same problem its says i have no subscription but am paying £6/month ??

One possibility is that your Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription is for a different Google Nest "home/structure" or different Google Account than your cameras/doorbells.

Another possibility is that you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, which applies only to 1st gen cameras/doorbells, but you now have 2nd gen cameras/doorbells.
