Wrong account for nest aware

I purchased under the wrong google account

now am being redirected so many times to try to get it either cancelled or switched. But I just lost an important event that occurred on my business and needed video for the police  during all this mess and didn’t have it.

still not resolved as yet.

To just cancel your Nest Aware subscription, you should be able to to to the Subscription Management page below, select your subscription, click on the "More" icon (the 3 vertical dots), and select "Cancel subscription".
