Not able to add new camera to Nest Aware Plus account

I have purchased a new indoor camera and added it to the Home app, but it is not visible on my Nest account.  I want to add it to my Nest Aware Plus account. How can I do this.  In other forum posts it states that if you have a Nest Aware Plus account and add it to your Home app it will automatically be added. But that did not happen.

Please assist with instructions.

Cameras setup in the Google Home app will not appear in the Nest app.

I'm assuming you have older cameras in the Nest app as well? As long as you're using the same home structure in both apps, they should all be enabled on your Nest Aware Plus plan because it covers all cameras in the same home structure.

You can check which home structure your plan is associated with by going to your Google Store subscription page.

So it is not possible to add this camera to the nest app or web browser ?  I don't understand. Why is that ? The Home app sucks, excuse my language, but I am angry now.  In the Home app you can't see the overview of the events with moving pictures (they are all blurred until you click on one), you can't create a clip and I can't view the history only if an event was recorded. That's not what I paid for.  So you force me to use other camera's and I have just waisted my money on this new camera.  Really really very bad service Google.

Because they're not compatible with the Nest app, they're designed for and managed with the Google Home app. Google do continue to work on migrating features and products from the Nest app to the Google Home app.

So now that Google is ending support of Dropcam and is sending me 2 new Nest cams, which won’t work in the Nest app, there’s no point in keeping the Nest Aware subscription. Or am I missing something?
