Not getting notifications for nest aware or alerts

Hello there I am not getting any notifications or alerts. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling all cameras all apps using Wi-Fi not using Wi-Fi making sure my phone is not on airplane mode making sure I have a good signal on my phone making sure my phone is not on do not disturb I've gone through the whole gamut. Why am I paying for a service that does not work? I've been with you since day one. I'm getting very frustrated to the point that I might just sell all my cameras and move on to a different company that I don't have to pay for the same thing monthly. To all the texts or people that monitor this I've tried every thing possible I believe it's a software issue. I've even created activity zones I know what to do I've checked off here a dog bark see a package person unfamiliar face so on and so forth and yet still nothing. For an example I have a contractor that just pulled out in front of my house my wife just called me and said what is going on I said I don't know you tell me you're home. I have five cameras and nothing alerted me

I’m sorry for the delay. I appreciate your efforts here. No worries, we’ll sort this out — a few questions: what’s the make and model of your device? When did the issue start? What type of cameras do you have? Also, how far are the cameras from the router?
