Over Charged for Nest

I was over charged $148 for my subscription in June when the renewal date isn't until September, and is a $60 annual charge.

This is my first concern. The second is that Nest Aware is now Google Home, so why is NA even charging at all when the service is migrating to Google Home?? When I look at my Nest account, it says it is migrating and no billing information is available.

I called the number on the charge on my cc and that phone number is not in service. That no one can be contacted about this is crazy. I had to dispute the charge with my cc company, which I hate doing.

WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT THIS? I need an actual person and not this web of loops that get me no where. My subscription was paid through September. No bill should have been due until then even if prices went up, which I can find NO information about price increases.

I'd recommend contacting the support team directly about this:

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Nest Aware", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.

Thanks for the replies. I did contact Google through chat and was told they would be looking into it but I have not received any feedback back from them so far. So I did report it. They said they'd get back to me. They have not. I did challenge the charge on my credit card since I can't get an answer. It sounds like I was overcharged for nest when I should have been charged in September for Google home but no one can really confirm what's going on and I haven't gotten any other answers.

My issue remains unresolved. I have someone who has been emailing me asking me when I am available, I let them know, then the timing passes and they contact me asking me when I am available again 😐
