Overcharged for Nest Aware Plus upgrade

Flatmate has been overcharged for an upgrade. Contacted customer care and escalated it 3 seperate times, each time saying they are correct. Stop stealling from us and fix your billing system.

I do apologize for everything you went through. It sounds frustrating that you are overcharging and that you contacted support to fix it, but that this situation is not solved.
