I don't think someone from Google Nest is going to call you based on a post in this community forum, and it's generally not a good idea to post personal phone numbers on a public forum.
If your Nest Aware subscription isn't working, you could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below; it's says: "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
