Paid subscription but not showing its active

So I paid for the year of nest aware. Not getting any playbacks, only screenshots. When I look at subscription status it says “trial has expired” but nothing of current subscription?

When you purchased your subscription, was it for the the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located, and on the same Google Account?

If you go to the link below for each of your Google Accounts (if you have more than one), can you find the subscription you purchased?

It does show my subscription upon following that link, however the problem mysteriously fixed itself overnight it seems
