Paying for Nest Aware but not getting features in app

I have had a nest aware subscription for nearly two months now and the features are not enabled in the app. The subscription is active and the cameras are on my account. Is there something i need to do in order to activate it? I have reset the camera already but still no aware.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the features [of Nest Aware] are not enabled in the app. You don't indicate which cameras you have or which app you have, so:

Your Nest Aware subscription has to be in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras. You can check the "home" by going to this link and clicking on your subscription:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

You can also check your subscription by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.

Lastly, in the Google Nest app, "Video recording" has to be enabled under Settings, and in the Google Home app, the appropriate Nest Aware option has to be selected under Settings | Video | Video history.

Hi! I'm having the same issue, I think. I am familiar with the app and how to access Aware features. I have used Aware before with this same camera/profile, and simply cancelled the subscription a few months ago and made no other changes. Having resubscribed yesterday, the Aware features have not activated in the app so I am still unable to use them although I have paid for my subscription. Are there additional steps to activate the features beyond simply resubscribing?

Hey everyone, 
 

@, please confirm if you have an active Nest Aware Subscription in your Google Nest Account. Here are the steps:
 

1. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq.
2. Tap on the profile icon on the right side corner (make sure it's the same email address on the Nest or Google Home App),
3. Select Subscription. 
 

It will show the same name of the home structure on the Nest or Google Home App with the Nest Aware plan that you purchased. Let me know if you see the same home structure name.
