Purchased Nest Aware on the Wrong Account

Like many others apparently, I clicked the link to purchase nest aware on my 'household' account and then on the Google store it logged into my 'personal' account, causing me to unknowingly purchase nest aware on the wrong account. I reached out to Nest support and they did not offer me any solution other than purchasing a SECOND subscription... or transferring all 10 of my connected devices to my personal account so that I can use nest aware. This seems unreasonable to me. I just want to transfer the subscription and others have clearly had the same issue so there should be a working solution by now. Please help!

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I'm afraid there is no such option to transfer Nest Aware services. Your choice would be to cancel your sub, and re-sub on the actual Home, or you can transfer all of your other devices to this home with the sub.
