@Coondod, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, which Nest Camera do you have? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi router.
