I am reaching out because I was charged for nest aware. I canceled my subscription and would like a refund. I payed for it last year and didn’t want to pay for it this year because i do not want the service. I find it unfair that i was charged for another year even after my cancellation. I was not informed that there was a price increase one of the many reason why I don’t want the service anymore.
