I had this nest cam for a couple of years now. Although it is still functioning perfectly, I haven’t used it in a while and forgot my password. Also, in between time, I changed my number. Now I would like to use it again and to confirm my identity they need to send me a code but to my old number. I don’t remember the password so I’m trying to reset it but AGAIN the code confirmation is going to my old number. HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!

Hi Shabangas,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing your Nest account. Once you set up a Nest account and you opted for the two factor authentication, it’ll be sent to your phone number. In any case you update your phone number, you’ll also need to update your phone number on your Nest account. It’s unique per phone number. Otherwise, you’ll have to create a new account and start fresh.
