Slow, very slow video playback on iPhone

When playing ideas back on my iPhone 11 15 is VERY slow. I have had this system for long time with no problems, it seems to have start about 2 weeks ago. What’s going on?

I have had the same video playback problems for a few weeks.  I'm not sure if it's due to a recent Nest iOS App update or if this is a video streaming issue on their backend.  Viewing video on Web seems to work correctly, but the Nest iOS App is pretty much worthless at the moment.  I have always loved this product and this is the first time I've seen an extended issue like this.  I have logged out, logged in, deleted the app, reinstalled, etc.  I'm using the latest iPhone, latest version of iOS, latest version of the Nest App.  I'm confident this is not a user error on my side.

Hi, just found this thread as we've been having slow access problems to playback of our google nest cameras too. It's been bad for a week or two now and affects Android app playback to a small extent but has now become almost unusable in the iOS app on my wife's iPad Mini. It clearly looks like either an app update has been delivered and has broken things or there is something changed in the server side of things.

Brad, definitely need help with this issue.... Seems to be an issue with more people, I just ran across this thread. I have been having extreme lag when trying to playback from timeline video on the cloud both on IOS devices as well as MAC OS. Like everyone else, this seems to have just started in the past several weeks. I have tried on several different networks, my home network is a 1GB up and down connection and testing speeds have no issues. Also have had no issues with other sites or uploading or downloading video so seems to be specific to Nest.
