Solved: Purchased Nest Aware, but not working

Long time Nest user...    I had a lapse in subscription for several months during a transition to a new home.   Got things setup and successfully purchased the Nest Aware, but it doesn't seem to record with any of the cameras.... continues to want to sell me Nest Aware.    I see that is a common issue, but not seen a solution.   Please help.

Update:... Everything started working normally the following day.   I also saw my credit card get charged about the same time it all started working.   So despite the message you receive when you sign up, your subscription doesn't really start for 24-28 hours afterwards until they process the order.  Seems ridiculously long in these days of instant subscriptions.   Hope this helps others...

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras? You can check the "home/structure" by going to the page below and clicking on your subscription:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

good suggestion!   I just went in and looked and it is correct.  However, I now see a message under the subscription:  Subscription activation in progress, please allow 24 to 48 hours to complete .

 

that is pretty frustrating. Given I got a message that said my subscription was now active and things would begin to work immediately.
