Nest Aware applied to incorrect account

H, we just subscribed to Nest Aware (October 2nd 2021) and then discovered that we had chosen the wrong account, could you issue a refund so that we can then set up the Nest Aware on the account that we had intended to use, Thank you!

Resolved! I just upgraded to the Nest Aware Plus subscription and I'm missing the 24/7 video history option

I just created a new Nest Aware account with the intent of upgrading to the Nest Aware Plus subscription. After I did that yesterday my account still does not allow me to choose 24/7 video history. The only option I'm allowed to choose is 3-hour even...
