nest aware

i want to cancel my $10 a month nest aware subscription but it wont let me sign in. When I hit the forgot password button and put in my email, it never gets sent to me to reset. I started with nest and had to move over to google.

Is it possible for me to share the view of my nest cam to my neighbours? The camera views our parking area, and i have sent them all the link to to the cam and the password, but no one appears to be able to view it from a mobile device?is it possible...
