I paid for a subscription and my camera are still not working I paid around 250 for more data and they are not working right please help

Hi Cloudkicker63, 

 

I’m sorry for the delay. Thanks for posting in our Community — let's get this sorted out.

 

When you say the Nest camera isn’t working, do you mean that:

 

  • The camera is not recording video.
  • The camera is not turning on.
  • The camera is offline.

Keep me posted so I can take a look further.
