Subscription Query

Have just had an email from Nest saying they have not received my subscription in last 60. Days.

In my account it shows I am paid up until June 2023 at a cost of £50.

How do I contact nest?

Just a heads up that the Nest Aware premium care is only currently available for US customers. You can check this by looking at the help center page through a VPN.

As I'm a UK user I only see that section when using a US VPN.

Thank you for clarifying that Nest Aware Premium Care is only available currently for U.S. customers.  The "What you get with a Nest Aware subscription" page doesn't indicate that.

For Nest Aware issues, if you go to this page and select the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care", you're supposed to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription." It takes you to a URL that says "premierhelpcontact".
