Subscription paid for but no videos are showing

Hello i paid for my subscription on October 10th but I am not able to receive the video recordings

In order to better understand the situation, I need some extra information. Here are some steps for you:

  • What type of subscription do you have?
  • The account under the Google Home app is the same one that you used to buy the subscription?
  • Is this issue happening in all of your cameras?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

 

In the meantime, you can try the next steps:

  • Go to the Google Store.
  • Verify that the account under the Google Store and the Google Home app is the same.
  • Verify if the subscription is attached to the correct home structure.
    • You can check the name of the home structure on the Google Home app under the Favorites tab.
