I don't think anyone from the Google Nest company is going to respond to you in this forum to refund your subscription. I see that they didn't help you on your previous thread.

I'm just another customer. Good luck when you contact them. Be persistent; you shouldn't have to pay for a subscription that never worked.

I called my bank yesterday and disputed the $120.00 payment that I made to nest aware. It will take awhile for them to handle this situation with nest. I tried got 6 weeks with no answers and no refund and no Visio. I am sick of them.
