My thirty day trial ended on 18 Jul and my subscription didn’t start.  My camera has reverted back to three hour recordings.  How do I get my subscription started.

Hello Marto123,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Community. To get the subscription started, you need to go to this link to purchase the Nest Aware Subscription. Make sure you sign in with the same email address that you used in the Nest or Google Home app.
