Downloading past nest camera video footage

How can I access video footage to download from 3rd to 10th January. When I scroll the video footage back it only goes back to 12th January however it says I can view 60 days back? I would really love to get this as my Mum has died and 3-10th was her...

My communication on my 1st message shut down early…Hence, checked our Nest E Thermostat via WIFI, says it is not connected. Does anyone have a “simple” solution on how to re-connect from out of town???Pete
