Hi!
My mother and I have been subscribed to nest aware for a few years already and everything has been well. But suddenly, about a week ago our nest aware has been acting strange and not showing us previous content and face recognition isn’t working. Turns out, our subscription to nest aware was suddenly ended without informing us why or what happened. When I checked on the app, it just stated “not available in some areas”. It never notified me and I’m confused as to what happened as we’ve been using it for years. Additionally, we don’t live in a secluded area, we are actually in a pretty populated place where a lot of other people own nest so I’m not sure why it’s not available here. Is anyone else having this problem or can help with this problem?
