When will the ability to switch from monthly to annual billing become available? I was told to cancel and resusbcribe to effect this switch, but then I would lose access to all of my video history.

Thanks for posting. I understand that you want to change your monthly billing to an annual one without losing your video history. Don't worry, I can help. The recommendation will be to wait for the end of your actual plan and then renew the subscription as a yearly one; this option will help you don't lose your video history. If you want to change it immediately, you have to cancel the actual subscription, but before that, you can download the video history and save it on the cloud.
