Terrible Communication Nest Team

I want to start out and say that I have purchased several nest products throughout my home. I have been pretty satisfied with most of those products.

Yesterday I received a promotional email from google stating that if I signed up for a yearly subscription of nest aware that I would receive a promotional for a $30 nest hub. I then signed up and received no email. I then attempted to email google and received no communication back. After 12 hours I called nest support and spoke with a google representative who placed me on hold for 30 minutes. They then told me that they could not help me with this matter and told me a google store representative would contact me within a few minutes. It's now been over 12 hours and I have not received any communication back. I then tried to chat with a representative just now and the site reloaded to start over after waiting for 10 minutes. And now I am here...

I don't really understand why google is so bad at communicating. I'm not asking for anything they didn't offer. I'm not trying to be rude or combative with anyone but I have now spent a significant amount of time just trying to get an offer that they sent me. I don't know why I keep getting passed around or ignored but it's honestly frustrating at this point. Guess we will see what happens...
