Transfer subscription to another place

I’m pretty sure I subscribe to nest aware. Recently had an issue with my router and had to reinstall my nest doorbells and create a new home profile. how do I transfer my subscription to my new profile??

how do I know if my nest aware subscription is still active??  Because I had to change my nest home configuration
