I'm unable to contact Nest Support using the callback option on the webpage.
I've tried for a couple of days and just get a message when I request a callback telling me to "please try again later".
Is there a solution to this problem?

I’ve been trying the same thing. I’ve even tried to email them and talk to them through their chat

The "call" option is broken.
It only returns a "please try again later" response.
I have tried it over a period of many days during published office hours.
