Unable to view event history clips

Hello. My wife and I recently purchased and set up a Nest Doorbell Battery and signed up for Nest aware. For some reason, we are having trouble with the event history, but only on her phone. If you click “full event” history, it will show the sample clips of all of the events. But if she attempts to watch them, or scrub through the time line, she cannot see any of those events. However, I can see them no problem.  I am running an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but she is running a Pixel 4XL.

I have restarted her phone, and cleared the apps data. It seems likely the issue is with the app on her phone, but I cannot figure out how to work around the issue.

it’s worth noting also, that it will selectively work with older clips, but clips from today are a no go.

Similar problem here. At first I could see recorded event history, and now it's showing 'no recent events' even though I received notifications of recordings today! Looks like a glitch .
