Hello,
I wanted to change my payment from monthly to annual. Contacted Google support and the customer service rep told me to cancel my monthly plan and re-subscribe to annual plan. Now, when I cancelled the plan, I can't find the plan I was on. In digging more, I found out that the plan I was on, is not being offered any more. I was on Nest Aware (1st gen) plan and the current plans are 2nd generation one. I'm not sure how I can get back to my original plan. Can anybody help? My Case ID: [6-2471000036319]. Thank you.

Hello community,
How do I make formal complaint about the agent that gave me wrong advice to cancel my 1st gen subscription? If I knew my original plan is not on offer anymore I wouldn't have cancelled the subscription. I would like my original plan reinstated ASAP. Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
