Hi,
I just signed up for Nest Aware after having the Nest Cam for some time. An incident occurred where I wanted to see the video but it's just a still image hence I signed up for Nest Aware.
Am I able to view the video of that event given it occurred prior to signing up for Nest Aware?

Video history, including event clips, is stored and is available to us at the start of a Nest Aware subscription.

No. Our video history STARTS when our Nest Aware subscription starts.

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I'm afraid that you cannot access previous footage if you did not have a Nest Aware subscription active at the time of the event.
