Viewing my events after subscription

I am extremely disappointed in the simple fact that I cannot view my nest video history after subscribing,  it specifically says i cannot view until i get the subscription,  so,  i go ahead and RENEW it, (i did have it before,  just couldn't renew it while in my financial situation.) Now i have renewed my account and AFTER i pay the plan fees, im told i cant view the history, clearly it obtainable, yet its not "available". IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE RENEWED.  I only renewed under the impression that I would get to view the events i was attempting to retrieve. I feel i was misled and this needs to be either corrected and let the events be viewed or be upfront and clearly explain to customers that they WILL NOT be able to view any history prior to the activation of the subscription.

I understand your disappointment. Nest Aware is a subscription service that begins recording video from the start date of your subscription. This means that any events captured before your subscription activation won't be available for viewing.

Think of it like subscribing to a cable TV service. You can only watch programs aired after your subscription starts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
