Won't let me renew. Also says my cards need updating but when I check they are current.

I hate this new system.  Can't seem to get answers and everything is to difficult to get help.  Does anyone recommend  another service that is just as good but where it is not as difficult to get help.  Especially being able to chat or talk to someone.  

I also cannot get info on nest doorbell on my iPhone.  Did all the steps required but still will not work.

Since you have several issues, you could try contacting Support to see if they can help:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
