So, I have 1st gen Nest Aware with my personal email account. I am trying to migrate the existing account to my Google account. However, when I follow the "Migrate to a Google Account" work flow; I am unable to connect to my Google account. I get the following error:
"
This Google account is already linked with another Nest Account. Please select another Google account."
I can open my Nest account in my personal email account and a "different" Nest account using my Google account.
Do i need to delete all my cameras and account from my personal account first, then add each product to my google account?
It will not let me migrate.

I've tried them. They do not know how to fix this either.
Guessing this isn't a help page with actual employees?

This is the Nest Community Forums, so this is a place for peer-to-peer help. Community Specialists like myself, and @aatienza are here to moderate, and help where we can, but this is not generally your first step if you want 1 on 1 support, that would be best for you to contact Support directly. I am sorry that you haven't found the assistance you require here, but generally we do not have access to information like your account to be able to help you here.
Best regards,
Brad
