You would have to remove the "home" ("structure") from your previous Google account (gmail account), but I think you're first supposed to remove all the devices from the "home":
Is it possible for you to add your Nest Aware subscription to your previous Google account instead?

Well…I removed the home from my account and then created a new home on my other account…but still unable to subscribe to nest aware. I of course didn’t remove my devices prior to deleting the home from my old account.

Perhaps you should contact Google Nest Support; I can't tell exactly what you're doing, why you want to associate your Nest Aware subscription to a different account, or why you deleted the "home" before deleting the devices. And I don't know if you can add a Nest Aware subscription to an empty "home".

Still have not figured out how to purchase Nest Aware on my account. I’ve deleted the home connected to my other account, created a new home with this account and added the cams to my new home, but I still cannot buy nest aware, so yes my problem is but resolved.
