Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Are you using the correct username and password? All of your devices should be connected to a gmail account. Also, have you made sure that your phone app is connected to the same Wi-Fi connection as your device? Please let me know.
