I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. I am afraid that once the footage is gone, it is gone. Have you tried to check the Google Home app to see if you have any video there?
It's not going well at all. The idea that nest/google would find it appropriate to delete all stored video is appalling. When getting a new camera, the process forces you to migrate systems. If this is needed, there should be a warning that fills your screen in big red letters saying "WARNING, DOING THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR SAVED VIDEOS." There is no such warning unless it is mixed with pages of other legal agreements which is impossible for anyone to actually read.
