I have a 2 fold issue. 1. I purchased the nest aware.
2. I can't see my purchase anywhere I need to make sure my wired doorbell has Nest Aware.
3. I have reset, removed icon from my android phone. I have converted to Google Nest.
4. From the Nest app, when trying to do Nest aware which I have paid for app tells me try again.Is this some disconnect from Google and Nest.

A Nest Aware subscription applies to one "home"/"structure" in the Google Nest app or Google Home app. Your history starts with when you purchased the subscription.
If you go to Settings for your Google Nest Hello Doorbell in the Google Nest app and select "Nest Aware", it should say either "Active: Nest Aware" or "Active: Nest Aware Plus", depending on your subscription level.
If you go to your Google Nest Aware Doorbell in the Google Nest app, you should see a list of events in your history--below the live camera view, and if you turn your phone into landscape mode, you should see a scrollable timeline for your history on the right.
If none of this works, Google Nest has supposedly introduced "Nest Aware Premier Care". Go to this "What you get with a Nest Aware subscription" link:
