Also a dissatisfied customer with nest aware. I had issues with wired nest doorbell. The original Nest aware subscription could not be moved. They could not refund me the difference and required me to move to the more expensive option. I haven't been able to use my Nest Aware for 3 months. Google has not been helpful at all.

Horrible customer service. Still paying for service that I'm not using. I am going to contact my credit card and refute the charges since I cannot get any help from Google Nest support.
