I paid for nest aware subscription but it’s not active on my account for nest door

Is your Google Nest doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your subscription?

You can check which Google Nest "home/structure" is listed for your subscription by going to the page below and selecting your subscription:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

It was assigned to different home, I had to delete home and reassign it properly
