video history Google Nest

I subscribed to 24/7 video history.  In order to view it, In the Google Nest Help it says  "Near the bottom of the screen, tap History" 

There is no "History" to tap on the bottom of the screen.

Help!

It looks like you may have one of the 2021 Google Nest cameras that work only in the Google Home app. In the Google Home app, under Settings | Video | Video History for the camera, have you selected "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history"?

Thanks for reply.  in the Google Home app in ios - Settings |  Nest Aware | it says Nest Aware Plus.  Are you saying I wont be able to see 24/7 history of my Nest Cameras, only the newer Google Nest ones?  Thanks

Not at all. If you have Nest Aware Plus, you should be able to get 24/7 recording for all of your Google Nest cameras (except the Google Nest Battery Doorbell).

I was suggesting that, in the Google Home app, under Settings | Video | Video History for your camera, you should check whether you have selected the "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history" option.

I have a similar problem, I've had Nest Aware Plus for a year, just paid for a second year. 2 weeks ago I installed a Nest floodlight camera, when I view it in the Google Home app I only get events not 24/7 history. How do I rectify this, I don't want to pay for Net Aware Plus twice.

If we go to our one new Google Nest Battery Camera in the Google Home app, and click on "History" on the "Live" view screen and then click on "Full History" on the next screen, we get the full 24/7 history for the camera.  Scrolling through the history is cumbersome--not like in the Google Nest app.  (Our camera has a "Live" view all the time because it's plugged in with the optional power cable.)

Since we don't have the floodlight camera, I don't know whether it has a "Live" view all the time and records 24/7.  I would think it SHOULD (since it's connected to power all the time), but I don't know.  Other posts I've seen raise questions about how it works.
